Hydraulic dataloggers

Hydraulic data loggers

Hydraulic data loggers are electronic devices that record hydraulic measurements over a period of time. Typically, recorded data is coming from flow, pressure and temperature sensors. Hydraulic data loggers can also transmit the recorded values to a PC for further analysis, graphs and reports. Hydraulic data loggers are designed to be portable and easy to use thanks to digital displays.

Webtec HPM4000 dataloggers

The HPM4000 data logger is the ideal simple device for hydraulic fault prevention and diagnostics. This basic model enables to connect simultaneously up to 3 Webtec CAN sensors with plug and play functionality, or 2 Webtec SR sensors also with plug and play functionality.

The HPM4000 displays and exports measurements to a PC for further analysis with the software HPMComm (compatible with Windows), which is included free-of-charge with all Webtec HPM devices.

The HPM4000 datalogger displays actual values of flow, pressure, peak pressure and temperature but also calculates differential pressure and hydraulic power.

Webtec HPM6000 dataloggers

The HPM6000 is a high versatile portable hydraulic data logger, ideal for diagnostic testing of hydraulic systems, or for use on hydraulic test benches. Three models allow configuration to meet the needs of the most demanding applications, enabling to connect simultaneously between 16 and 26 different hydraulic sensors.

The base model enables to connect simultaneously up to 16 Webtec CAN sensors with plug and play functionality.

The other two models allow additional connections to Webtec SR sensors with plug and play functionality, and configurable inputs for standard analog sensors of current or voltage without automatic detection (e.g. 4-20mA / 0-10V).

The Webtec CAN sensors are connected in-line with one another, so saving on cabling and are uniquely identified on the HPM6000. The big display can be configured to display the readings in numerical, bar graph, dials and graphical display mode.

All data can be exported to a PC with free-of-charge software HPMComm for further analysis and storage.

Webtec HPM7000 datalogger

The HPM7000 is a high versatile portable hydraulic datalogger and the evolution of the HPM6000. It is ideal for diagnostic testing of hydraulic systems, or for use on hydraulic test benches, pre-dispatch inspections and R&D.

This Webtec data logger enables to connect simultaneously up to 48 Webtec CAN sensors with plug and play functionality. Alternatively, up to 5 External CANOpen sensors can be connected.

This hydraulic data logger includes also an additional dual-function input, which can be used as digital input or digital output. And by means of a software changeover it can also be configured as two frequency inputs.

Two additional input modules can be added by the user, upgrading the device to the most demanding applications.

Analog input module: it allows the connection to 3 Webtec SR sensors with plug and play functionality, and also includes a configurable input for standard analog sensors of current or voltage without automatic detection (e.g. 4-20mA / 0-10V).

CAN input module: it includes 2 passive CAN bus inputs, allowing connection up to 48 external sensors without automatic sensor recognition. It allows CAN, CANOpen, J1939 or any mixture of CAN protocols in a passive way (no power supply to the sensors from this module).

The large color touch display is suitable to use with gloves, and the large tactile buttons ensure operation even in adverse conditions. The screen can be configured to display the readings in numerical, bar graph, dials and graphical display mode.

All data can be exported to a PC with free-of-charge software HPMComm 7.5 for further analysis, storage or streaming. The HPM7000 can also be controlled and monitored remotely using the LAN connection and a VNC remote desktop application.
