Hydraulic flow meters

Hydraulic flowmeters, also known as hydraulic flow indicators, hydraulic flow sensors, or hydraulic flow turbines, measure flow in hydraulic circuits or in lubrication and coolant systems, which use hydraulic oil. Hydraulic flow indicators are designed for continuous monitoring or intermittent use to check performance of hydraulic pumps and setting of flow control valves.

Mechanical flow indicators

Webtec FI750

This dial type flow meter does not require batteries. Hence, it can be installed in hazardous areas or on applications where no power is available. The dials are large and clear with a dual scale of Lpm and US Gpm. Installation is extremely simple, both horizontal and vertical mounting are permitted. The hydraulic flow indicator can be connected into pressure or return lines. Flow measurement is made in one direction, and reverse flow is not permitted. This flow sensor design ensures good reliability and minimizes the effects of contamination.

Webtec FI750 mechanical flow meters can measure flow up to 180 Lpm (48 US Gpm) and temperature up to 80°C (176 °F), at circuit pressure up to 420 bar (6000 psi). A pressure gauge port is integrated into the block, and an optional built-in thermometer is available.

The digital flowmeter is ideal for condition monitoring, test stands and close loop control applications both for hydraulic and lubrication systems. FlowHUB digital flowmeters can measure and display flow and temperature readings as well as switch and transmit flow values. This enables a system designer to trigger alarms, shutoffs and transmit real-time values to a PLC using just one component.

The FlowHUB flow meter is designed for permanent installation, and is easy to operate thanks to the large digital display. It can be mounted in any orientation. Flow measurement is made in one direction and reverse flow is permitted.

Webtec FlowHUB digital flow meters can measure flow up to 360 Lpm (100 US Gpm) and temperature up to 90°C (194 °F), at circuit pressure up to 420 bar (6000 psi). Output options are two programmable on/off switches, 0-5V and 4-20 mA.

Webtec FlowHUB ViscoCorrect digital flow meter has been designed for use with water and most water based fluids. Some mechanical parts have been changed to stainless steel and the software has been modified to adjust the flow readings due to changes in viscosity.
